Introduction

We are seeking a very compassionate, experienced and dynamic Occupational Therapist with a desire to help others improve their lives, to join our Occupational Therapy team.
Care: You help patients who have physical or cognitive challenges develop or recover their ability to perform meaningful activities of daily living.
Guidance: You provide advice, instruction and information and draw up targeted treatment plans. You collaborate with other members of the team to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care by using your knowledge and expertise to evaluate patients and determining goals for treatment.
Quality: You contribute to the diagnostic and treatment process of patients on occupational therapeutic, paramedical and general care policy for the purpose of quality improvement.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work well both independently and as a team;
- Problem solver, highly organized, flexible and observant;
- Able to deal with criticism and provide feedback;
- Has a great sense of responsibility and is able to perform well under pressure;
- Able to communicate in Dutch or English and is willing to learn Papiamento. Spanish is a plus;
- Has a patient- and service-oriented attitude.
Employment conditions
Salary and other employment conditions are in accordance with hospital policy. Scaling is according to FWG 3.0.
